Permitted use
The model asset, including its mesh, textures and documentation, may be used in personal or commercial end products, including games, flight simulators, visualisations and other interactive software. You may modify or optimise the asset and its textures for use within an end product.
Restrictions
You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share or redistribute the asset, whether changed or unchanged, as a standalone file, source asset, model pack, collection or marketplace item. You may not make the model or its textures available in an extractable form, claim ownership, or remove copyright notices.
Ownership and warranty
UK2000 Scenery retains all ownership rights. The asset is supplied as-is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. This practical licence draft should be reviewed by a solicitor before the public catalogue is launched.
